   1.    When and where was the cave discovered?.....The Cave of Forgotten Dreams was discovered in Southern France in 1994 around Christmas time.

   2.    Why was a door installed into the opening of the cave?....A door was installed into the entrance of the cave to preserve its climate.

   3.    Where were the red spots discovered and how were they made?.....The red spots were discovered by the entrance of  the cave and were made with the palm of someone's hand.

   4.    What was the first proof that the drawings were not forgeries?......The proof the scientists had that the drawings were not forgeries was the material that was on the rocks, which takes thousands of years to form.

   5.    Why did the scientist believe that the artist created the bison with eight legs?  What other possible reason do you think that this might have been done?.....The scientist believes that the bison was created with eight legs to suggest movement and I agree with the scientists theory.

   6.    What possible landmark was near the cave?....The landmark near the cave is Pont d'Arc.

   7.    Why did the filmmakers think that there might have been dancing in the cave?....The filmmakers think that dancing took place in the cave because there was black shadows on the white walls.

   8.    What does the presence of bones indicate?....The presence of bones indicated that humans did not live in the cave, they went in there most likely for ceremonies.

   9.    How did they know that one person created the red dots in different parts of the cave?....The scientists know that the same person made the red dots on the walls in different areas in the cave because they all had the same crooked pinky.

  12. What was most significant about this cave to you?.....I believe everything about the cave was significant, I loved the art they found on the walls and the overall natural beauty of the cave and all the history it contains.
